Mälardalen is a good places for beekeeping, with excellent flow conditions during spring and summer. Proximity to major markets in central Sweden, 30-40 minutes to Stockholm, Uppsala, Enköping and Arlanda international airport.
It is a fully functional operation that produces 50 tonnes annually. All components have been tested for 20 years, there are 30+ apiaries in good locations. It's possible to expand to twice it's present size, 1000 hives. Extracting line has a capacity of 500 boxes / 6 tons per day.
Everything from queen insemination to wax melting equipment. Fully functional joinery with wood working machinery. 70+ m² apartment of good standard. 150 m² heated honey room and 230m² unheated storage.
I am not interested in renting out the beekeeping operation. It's possible to rent the houses and buy the beekeeping operation. Only seriously interested parties please.
